Complaint management

In order to improve the quality of its operation, the MSc has adopted a Regulation for the Management of Student Requests/Complaints, focusing on the respect of all those involved in the educational process, but even more so of the recipients to whom it must be accountable.

The application of the Regulation applies to all complaints and objections related to the quality of the educational and administrative services provided by the MSc. Before submitting any request/complaint, students should carefully study the Regulation on the Management of Student Requests/Complaints as well as the Student Handbook and the Regulations of the Postgraduate Studies Programme (MSc), so that they are clearly aware of their rights and obligations.
